Getting Started with Visz.ai Available (v1)
What is Visz.ai?
Visz.ai is a behavior-analytics SaaS — session recordings, heatmaps, funnel and form analysis for your website. You see how real visitors use your site: where they click, scroll, and drop off.
Three things that set Visz.ai apart:
- 100% free. No pricing, no upsell. Limits exist only for cost control, not to sell you anything.
- EU-hosted. All data lives in the EU (Hetzner, Germany).
- Consent before tracking. Before consent, nothing happens — no events, no recordings, no fingerprint. “Do Not Track” always takes precedence.
Live in 3 steps
1. Create an account and add your site
Sign up at app.visz.ai and enter your website’s address.
Visz detects your platform automatically and generates a tracking key
(vz_…) for that site.
2. Install the snippet
Add this single line site-wide, before the closing </head> tag:

loads asynchronously and never blocks your page. Where exactly the line

3. Watch your first recording
Open your website, click around, accept the consent banner. A few seconds later the first session appears in the dashboard under Recordings. If nothing arrives, the Verify & Troubleshoot page helps with the 4-point diagnosis.
Core concepts

| Tracking key | The public vz_… key in the snippet. Routes events to the site. |
| Session | A visitor session, replayable (consent-gated, PII masked). |
| Consent | The visitor’s opt-in. Without it, Visz collects no data. |
