Changelog Available (v1)

A chronological log of what shipped in Visz.ai. One living document, no version dropdown — Layer One has no breaking API versions. Newest first.

2026-07 — Account self-service & bilingual

Account self-service

Logout and a user menu, active-session management (sign out everywhere else), password change, and self-service two-factor authentication (2FA) you can enable or disable yourself — including backup codes. Plus a data export (Art. 15/20) and account deletion (Art. 17) with a 30-day grace period and a restore link, right in your settings.

Bilingual: German + English

The whole platform — dashboard, login, these docs, and the on-site widgets — is now available in German and English. On your first visit the language is suggested from your browser; you can switch it anytime in settings, and your emails follow the language you pick.

Status page & incident management

A public status page with incident states (P0–P3), backed by an external uptime probe so it survives an app outage. Incidents are managed in the platform admin and surface on the public page and in the dashboard.

Monitoring complete

Application metrics, an as-code alert matrix, and aggregate-only business KPIs. Internal operations; no change to what you track on your own site.

Documentation site (this site)

Public docs at docs.visz.ai — getting started, per-platform snippet installation, Shopify setup, consent setup, verification & troubleshooting, the feature reference, the API reference, and the FAQ. DE + EN.

2026-05 — Compliance & data control

Public legal pages (imprint, privacy policy, terms, subprocessors, cookie policy) in DE + EN, a TTDSG cookie banner with three equal-weight choices, and click-to-accept for the DPA/terms. “Do Not Track” is a hard stop.

Email delivery

Transactional email (verification, alerts, digests) over an EU mail provider, with an outbox and signed delivery webhooks.

Privacy center

In-product data subject controls — export and erasure — covering privacy / PII handling.

Earlier — Core product (Layer One)
