Setup Available (v1)
From account to your first event in under 60 seconds. Four steps.
1. Create an account
Sign up at app.visz.ai with email and password. On your first login, the onboarding assistant starts automatically.
2. Add a site
Enter your website’s address (e.g. https://anna-shop.com). Visz checks the
site server-side and detects your platform automatically (Shopify,
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, GTM, …).
If the site is password-protected, not yet live, or unreachable from here, that’s no problem — you pick the platform manually and keep going. The tracking key is generated either way.
3. Choose an installation method
In v1 there are exactly three installation methods:

For the plain snippet, onboarding shows you the finished line with your key. Where it goes per platform is covered under Snippet Installation.
Important: The snippet must load site-wide (in the theme header / layout), not just on a single page. Otherwise no events arrive.
4. Verify & Troubleshoot
Click Verify in onboarding. Visz runs a 4-point diagnosis:
- Is the snippet loaded?
- Is the CDN reachable?
- Is consent granted and does the health ping arrive?
- Has the first real event come in?
Once all four are green, you’re live. If something’s off, the 3-cause tree on the Verify & Troubleshoot page walks you to the fix.
